Need suggestions

Okay so I took it to my bro and his transmission buddy. Sychronizer was bad some kind of shit that I am not sure of. Tbh the transmission just baffles me with the planetary waht nots and such. They fixed it for like 200 bucks not sure what they did only reason being when I went back to TN to pick it up my bro was gone. Ill find out more but my god what a difference. Still not the smoothest five spd Ive drivrn but at least now I can rev match in first and not look like I am just learning to drive a 5spd.

Also I drove a dudes auto 07 2.7. My god that thing was a pig and shifting in odd places navigating kingsport, TN. Still glad I got me a manual tbh
