I am the newbie with a question i tried looking for in the forums but unable to find.

What will void your warranty as far as suspension goes?
Can i even do anything to it without voiding it?
If so, what is the best way to go to get the best ride i can get without voiding the warranty?

    Thanks all.

I don't think after market parts can void your warrenty unless they are proven too have caused damage.

If you change out OEM suspension and then you run into any problem where the aftermarket suspension could possibly be blamed then Toyota will blame it on that even if it was something else. Unless you can prove without a doubt that it was not the aftermarket suspension, which is very difficult, they will blame it.

Best way to get it without voiding warranty would be to take it to Toyota and ask them what you can have them do.

Thanks guys for your input. I read the Magnuson-Moss
Warranty Act, very informative. It basically says what you guys are telling me. Good looking out screamineagle68w

Talk to the finance dept. about that. I was thinking of putting a cold-air intake in mine, but the warranty made me think twice. They said it was cool, but you should talk to the finance manager to be fully sure. That's the ONLY way to start.
