I think lawyers invented the automatic to reduce risk arising from accidents caused by fucking retards who should never have been issued a license in the first place.

Also, I take off my shirt before getting ready to row gears.

Excellent recipe for intense arguments, culminating in the inevitable bringing up your ex's from 10 years ago.

Totally. I installed a special mirror on the dash, though, so I don't have to take my eyes off the road when I ogle my guns. But sometimes the glare from the baby oil is bothersome.

You guys are about to make me list every MT vehicle I have ever driven since I was ten (over 6,000), and explain how I blew out my right rotator cuff, which is why I can no longer drive a MT.

Ok, I was playing against Wang Liqin in the finals of the World Ping Pong Championship in '82. The score was tied and Wang was returning my serve for game, set and match. That Wang Liqin bastard put a nasty spin on his backhand return and my rotator exploded as I dove to return his backhand. You may have seen it on Wide World of Sports. Anyway, that ended my MT shifting days.

Owned 4 WRXs in the past, all manual. Going forward, I don't think its important for anyone to learn how to drive a MT. If car manufacturers spin down development and release of manual cars (which they are doing), I see little importance.
