Not mine, this was posted to a FB group, I believe the guy said he filed as an individual.

A local guy I know filed as an individual and got his back in 3 months.

Dang, there's no love for the trust guys. Last one I did took 10 months. So dumb.

I’ve heard trusts have been getting faster, specifically those filed in the last 5 months.
    I’ll always file via trust.

Wow. That's a big improvement in a very short period of time. I had to update my trust for an address change at my lawyers office a couple months ago and he told me 10-11 months. The ATF must have done some hiring. Haha

Suppressors are dangerous--to your wallet. After you buy one or two you have to find a way to fit them to everything you have. Then reload ammo to find the quietest combination of powder and bullet. Vicious circle lol. My 2 cans are a HTA TI .22 and a YHM Sidewinder 9mm with 5/8-24 FBA and 1/2-28 booster.

I thought about buying one of the CVA pistols in .357 and having it threaded to do that to. Unfortunately the rifle and pistol have different grip angles on the stock mounting studs.

Love the silence of the single-shots though. And no feeding issues so I can load the 90gr XTP to 2400 fps and blow armadillos into pieces lol.

Good write up, Jake. Been looking more and more into suppressors lately and this helped!

Im glad it helped, if you have any questions post them up and I’ll do my best to answer them.
My offer is the same with the suppressors as it was with the AR, if you want to make the drive you’re welcome to shoot what I have.

A little of this and a little of that.
I did a trust and received my suppressor in 323 days (46 weeks). That was this year 2019.

All ready planning the next one...

That’s great! Sucks about the wait time being hit and miss but at least you started the process and ended up with a can, I know several people who are waiting because they don’t want to wait.

Ive been planning on getting another 556 can when the money allows but I held a Taurus TX22 at the gun shop yesterday and now I want to start the process on a smaller rimfire can you put on that gun because a 6.75” suppressor would look goofy on such a small gun.

    Yeah. That makes perfect sense......

I don't know why everyone is still wasting time with trusts. Personal submittals are quite a bit faster. Of course there's always Form 1, still less than 30 days.

My check was cashed 12/31/2019... Went to go see it after form 3 transfer at the gun store. They told me 11-12 months... Hopefully this year goes by fast just like last year....

    Thanks!
With subs it’s very nice, sounds like a handclap, with supers it’s a little bit loud, more than a few rounds and I’d be more comfortable with plugs in, still quiet enough we didn’t wake a sleeping 3 year old 15 yards away inside the house.

That's fun stuff. I feel like most of the noise we hear from pistols with a can on shooting subs is the action noise. I know I only want to shoot suppressed anymore. Just so much more enjoyable.

Yep, pretty much anything I buy from now on (some exceptions, such as the 10MM Glock I bought) will be suppressable, it is so much more enjoyable to shoot suppressed.
