    Dunno, still only have the notice to appear that I signed on scene, God knows how long it'll take him to process it back at his desk. I had a tint ticket that took 3 months to show up in the system. "Slack better, work union" or some mantra like that.

    Failure to stop is probably $200-$300 plus court fees and traffic school. youre looking at $400 - $550 worth of penalties paid after everything is said and done. Ask me how I know

    Citation update! A few weeks ago I went to the courthouse on the paperwork he gave me. That was my 2nd time going & I was really confused why he sent me to the Orange Juvenile Courthouse. Nice lady looked at the paperwork & told me he fucked up, no way no how would they ever hear a case for an adult. Called the PD, left a VM for his paper pusher. The issuing osifer called me back a few days later owning up to the mistake & let me know I could look forward to a corrected version in the mail in a week or so. Got the revised one last week with a court date of September something in Fullerton. Then today I get another one with a new court date of October. WTF people. At this point I'm going to ask for it to be forgiven since I've missed 2 days of work, with October being a 3rd...all because dumbfuck osifer Fuñes doesn't know how to push a button correctly. :jerkoff:

    Welp court case was today. Mind you it was assigned to the Juvenile courthouse for 4 months until yours truly called to notify officer dumbass of his mistake. And then he mailed out 2 different corrections with different dates, white out, all the mistakes & shit right there in writing. Today I had pics, measurements, diagrams etc and had the officer redacting half of his "facts of the case" because he "misremembered & my evidence helped jog his memory". Cross examined him & kept getting different info than what he originally presented in his opening statement.

    Still found guilty. :duh:

    $245 sammich that day, and the judge resented my questioning authority so he removed my option to take traffic school.

    Ticket wasn't as expensive as I estimated but that's a good thing.

    On another note, you usually loose your chance to take traffic school when you choose to go the full route of contesting the ticket in court. Most people opt to take traffic school to prevent a point on their record
