    He offered everyone else traffic school but I was told, inferred of course, that my painting the officer into a corner during cross examination was not going to be tolerated & I was not offered traffic school. Lame.

    The fact that he sent your case to juvenile court should have been enough to dismiss the case.....

    There was a Judge at North Court (aka Fullerton) that fucked my buddy over and denied him because of his personal opinion on cannabis. Rather than follow actual law that applied to my buddies case. Years later Said Judge was found to be giving preferential treatment to "friends and family". Good ol Judge Stanford...

    Problem is they're on the same team......
