dont believe all the hype about rain this weekend. i dont believe it. besides its only a prediction, and watch it will end up more north of us.
I will bring a 10X20 easy-up canopy if some one else can get there hands on at least a 10X10 or two we sould be fine if it desides to rain down on us a little bit. if everyone trys to bring a canopy then we will def be fine. Lot of people planing on being there on sat

I am going to check with the base, we have that place by the san luis rey gate that lets you check out outdoor equipment and stuff. bet they would have a couple of those canopies:) i'll find out tomorrow.

If we get enough of those this will still turn out to be a nice day rain or shine. it will be like a tent city:D you'll only have to brave the rain to fish and i can do that:cool:

well i know there is an eribertos on the 78 which yes depending on where youre at on base you would take this gate but...

...its when your on mainside(Theater, Country Store, Pacific Marine Credit Union) and you just keep following Vandegrift out the back gate by the Officers Quarters ( not the back gate as in ammunition road to fallbrook)... vandegrift runs out to Hwy 76. The building is right before you exit the gate. they may have a ton of stuff that we could use...not sure. Im giving them a call today and maybe take off work early to go looking around at what they got.

If you head over there and see a bunch of stuff you want then give me a shout i could help ya haul it down to the meet.

Maybe i can find me a paddle boat!!! are those things allowed at the lake i wonder???

I know the place you're talking about past the O Club and the stables a little and right across from the RV and boat storage.

I don't think they'll allow personal watercraft. I know you can rent it out from the main office but it can only be used in lake 5

I am going to try and make the meet. I can be there for a a limited time only (10am-1pm). I do have a suggestion. Can we take a group photo? I would like that. And if so, lets pin down the time so that people know about it.
