Alright so I brought my used sway away to this auto shop and they were willing to put them on for me for a decent amount of price. The coil were pre-set at 2.5" but I wanted higher due to I know it's going to carve my front tires to the back when I turn completely.

So The guy was able to crank the right coil over for about 1/4" (2.5threads) but then when it comes to the other side it was impossible to do anything to that coil over, so he gave up on me and told me he give me more discount since he couldn't do it. So now guess what?

Yes, My truck is sitting unbalanced in the front and Now I am clueless on what the hell to do. The right hand side (the side that able to adjust higher) is now 1" taller than the other and the other side is now freakin carving when I do a complete turn due to it's too short on the left hand side.

I need somebody to help me with this. Any suggestion?

I don't think you understanding my problem here. I need someone to help me adjust both of the coil to even it out. I don't have the tools and I'm not very mechanically talented either, So it would be nice if someone take the time to help me out.

Get a spanner wrench and jack up that side as best you can to relieve the tension. Spray some PB blaster on that son bitch and cranck on it. I cranked 14 turns on my coilovers and it got hard at about 9 or 10 ish. 3 or 4 should be no prob

There's a bolt that holds the collar in place, undo that before cranking it.

Yea I noticed one of the coil over bolt is missing, should that be a problem without it? I'm planning to just ignore it but don't know the outcome...

From where is this bolt missing?

from the second coil over, the bolt is to hold back the crank so it won't go up and down while the car is in motion. Here another question for you guys. How on earth do I crank that shit down while the struts and coil over are already in place because I really don't want to go out and pay another $50 to take it out and re-adjust it then put it back in.

You may have to jack up the truck a little bit and remove your tire, but you should be able to get a spanner in there and give it a turn. It is a slow process, but it can be done.
