wow good thing hes going to school. he cant even read.

    He said WHERE, location. LOL.

Smart decision to go back to school Steve, for real. In this market, and as the competition gets fierce as our population continues to grow, its awesome to have that certification/degree to help one up those around you and perhaps even move up. Plus, like you said, the knowledge you acquire wont hurt in helping you run that shop

Programming can send you into dark rooms for long periods of time... Run a biz and keep out of dark rooms - for work anyway! :) :D

Just my opinion... I have programmed on and off with some of my past jobs... My first programming 'job' was in college a HONEY in one of my classes asked me if I knew programming and that she would like to fire her tutor and hire me... I didn't know how to program but I went out that night and bought a Commodore 64 and taught her basic programming. Also have studied and programmed in Fortran, Basic, Visual Basic, C, ASP, Java, etc... In between jobs I used to program special sales incentive sites for companies like Intel, Microsoft, LinkSys, etc. I have also programmed scientific programs like a heat exchanger design program and other similar type programs. I like the Suduko qualities of programming (problem solving) but I wouldn't do it for a full-time job. I just find working with people more than computers is more satisfying and more social.

Oh yeah, I paid for the Computer within a week of tutoring her. :)

That's probably why I have never been married. Started working when I was 12 in a trade that allowed me to help you!
