The fire wood so you can stay Saturday night.

 

I can only carry a whole 2ft of 2x4 sticks haha.

 

If everyone planning to stay Saturday brings some we will be fine. I don't have any but I will bring some if someone can point me in the right direction.

 

I'll be there on Friday night still.. Some guy I met right around the corner from my work is headed out there after work so I'll probably camp with his group (unless they're too party hardy). And I'll most likely stay Sat night if not leave super early Sun morning.

 

Cool, I just looked on craigslist and looks like it won't be hard to find some firewood. How much should I bring? I will throw some in Tri's truck to.

Sorry amigos... we are going to pass on the Ocotillo Wells weekend... Our son is pitting 3 trophy trucks at the Baja 1000 on Nov. 18, and we may not even be going for that... (and that hurts not going to Baja)! The damn economy is the only reason... otherwise I love being outdoors and four wheeling! We will be with you all in spirit, and have a super great time!

Thanks Tri... well, you guys are always welcome to come by here and watch Dust to Glory, Baja Flo, or the Dezert People movies here on my nice big screen TV... during Baja 1000 week, as I am sure we won't be going to it! boo hoo!!

 

That would be cool...we should have a BBQ/potluck TW style.

Wed. Nov. 17 Registration, Tech

Thur. Nov. 18 Race begins 6:30 am for the first bikes (1 every 30 seconds). A 4 hour pause between the last quad and first Trophy Truck... maybe about a 11:30 start... The fastest racers that don't break down will arrive in La Paz 18-20 hours later.

Sat. Nov. 20 Trophy Presentation in La Paz after the final racers finish that morning!
