I have a plasma cutter so I can cut pretty much anything, but you are going to need tabs for the lights or another way to attach them.
Im sure I can figure something out.

Hey OP, here is my situation: I wanted to put a winch on my truck bed that will assists me in loading my bike onto it. I figured this is the safest way to load a motorcycle 400lbs+ IF YOU ARE BY YOURSELF. It's true that you can still load your motorcycle alone by parking in an incline to decrease the angle of the ramp or backing up the truck to a ditch but the problem with that is, what if those aren't present where you currently are or in your destination, you can't find one. Loading a heavy bike by yourself is very challenging and the same to be said as you unload it.
So with that, I found a similar idea on Youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B0Mt5UeFbF0. It's pretty cool even quad can be loaded with peace of mind. However, in this video I'm not sure if the bed rail of the gen 3 tacoma can withstand this. Or let us say, the bed rail can hold it, I'm not sure if it'll last for long, or there won't be a problem in the long run.
Also I would like a mount that is removable. I mean I can easily take it off the winch from the mount with ease and doesn't require too many tools to remove. So that the bed will still looks clean as it was.
Ever since I go ride at the track, loading my bike by myself became a problem. When at the track, it's not a problem because a lot of riders are willing to help you unload and load back your bike.

I just lift it myself without ramps. I a sport bike (TRX 450) so that's fairly doable. I just put the bike in 1st, lift the front wheels up and move to the back of the bike, grab the brake and put it into neutral and push it until I can lower the front wheels on the bed. Then you go beast mode to lift and push!

Alternatively, just ride it up ramps or do the winch, like you said already. Probably easier.

I dunno about my sportsbike, if you can lift it alone. It's a 400lbs+, 2012 zx10r, I can't lift it by myself, can you?

It's doable but a bit annoying. You can get it up there with a running start up a ramp or with some serious balance skills

F all that. I did that enough times with multiple different bikes. Trying to load a $5k+ sport bike in to a truck by yourself (without, say, a Winch) is hard, and pretty stupid. Every single time I tried it myself I either almost dropped the bike, or chickened out before I could and got help. It's not that hard to snag any random person walking by or a neighbor and have them just keep the bike steady while you walk it up. It beat's causing potentially thousands of dollars in damage to your bike because your pride won't let you ask for help, I tucked my pride away and asked every time before I did something that made me shake my head at my stupidity lol. I really like that winch idea, that could have saved me many a days struggling to push a bike up a ramp.

Pretty sure we can come up with a solution, PM me and we can go over the details, etc..

I think we are getting sports bike and quad confused here in this conversation...a TRX is a quad, the ZX-10 is a superbike. (I used to have an old ZX11 with porting and cams and higher compression, was a Fking monster!)

No problem, was great meeting you buddy, glad I could get you taken care of! Lemme know if I can help in the future.

Looking at getting a 3" OME lift with Dakar leaf pack. What would you charge roughly to install it. I have 2010 DCSB 4x4.

I can take care of you, PM me with the details and Ill get you all set up with an estimate. There are a few variables that will affect the end cost, but I have done several hundred lifts on just Tacomas alone.
Shoot me a PM and we will work out the details and go from there!
    Thanks!
