    I dunno about that.

Today it was backed up all the way ACROSS the bridge back onto the 57... but of course because of the curve, you couldn't see the backup until committed to the 71 and can't divert to the 10-E without off-roading it.

I scooted off at Holt and crossed to Mission on Humane, then took Central south.

    Mission was wide open.

Nahh... it's really nice from Rio Rancho to Euclid 24/7.

Much better than it was when there were still signals at every crossing, and fatals at Grand/Edison every time it got foggy.

That road used to be called "The Corona Deathway" because of all of the fatals between Chino Ave and the 91.

I moved out here to Chino in '94. I think the Chino Hills segment was completed (as far as overpasses and ramps) in '93, but they were still doing a lot of work between the 91 and Euclid... then they did the 91 ramp improvements a couple of years ago.

I could throw a rock from my driveway and hit the intersection of mission and humane. If coming home late at night all take the 10 to 71 but if its during traffic hours I'll take 10 to 57 and exit temple. Way faster and no traffic. Lived here almost a year and never once hit the 71 traffic. Probably because I don't depend on the 71 to get home though. But I see the traffic everyday though. Its bad

Ya, I'm coming in from the Valley, so it's 134/210/57/71/60

Still beats taking the 5 to the 60 in East LA and dragging the 60 through the SGV... same for the 10.

    Why 57 - 71 - 60?? just go from 57 to 60 skip 71.

No direct transition from the 57 to the 60, and by 4:30, 60 is backed up to Phillips Ranch.

I'm only on the 60 for as long as I want... I'm off by the 60, but if it's fucked up, I'll hop off at Reservoir and take Walnut or Riverside to Central.

I'm on the south side of the 60 and west of Central a couple of blocks from Walnut.
