SoCal Truck Spotting - Stalking for Some =P

Wasn’t this the case of mistaken identity?

 

This retro inspired gem in the heart of Fontucky

 

Lapd security detail I'm front of a big wigs house shot up the truck after its reverse lights went on after telling them to get out of the vehicle. Idiots didn't think that you have to go through reverse to put the truck in park.

Cops were so on edge they were pulling over anything that was a dark truck or suv. News wasn't helping as usual by exaggerating the jack asses military service.

I saw that truck on the TV at the gym and went home to swap vehicles. Rode the motorcycle for the next 2 weeks.

 

4 million though and a shiny new truck. But a extremely messed up story...

 

Yep the cops who just happen to be human made a mistake. The entire media jumped all over it. Yet everyday human cops do things right. And not one word is ever said

 

Naw man, they blasted the ISH out of that Tacoma and unloaded their clips. The truck really didn't even match the description, nor did the two women inside it. They deserved every penny they got from me, as well as you. Since we're tax payers, it's coming out of our wallets.

 

Still has the newspapers they were delivering! Tacoma took it like a champ and the two little ladies are still alive thanks to the Tacoma.

Or thanks to even further incompetency of the LAPD. Over 100 rounds were fired at that truck. How did they only strike one person twice?...in the back

 

Dude. The cops shot at THREE different unrelated and innocent vehicles when looking for that guy. You really think it’s ok to make ‘mistakes’ like that?!

-cops looking for 34 year old black man in a blue/gray Nissan
-cops shoot the truck 102 times(!) and hit a 47 & 71 year old woman in a taco
-cops then shoot white dude in a black ridge line
-cops then shoot another white dude in a black Honda

-damn you media!

 

yea man those cops should not be back on the job. if they can't be trusted not to make mistakes in high pressure situations, they shouldn't be on the job. Keeping calm and being rational in dangerous situations is a requirement of being a cop. You don't get use the excuse of "being human" to justify shit like this. Yes they are human, but no, that doesn't excuse mistakes like this. If a surgeon made a negligent mistake and killed someone, you would revoke their license.

Plenty of people praise police who do their jobs right. I see it all the time. They are honored, and when they do something truly heroic, it is often recognized.

 

As prior military (well over a decade), there’s no way this would be tolerable in any way, and certainly not without repercussions. If I recall correctly all cops involved were cleared of any wrongdoing. You can’t just shoot at people and say it’s because you were scared, lol.

And you’re right - I see ‘blue lives matter’ or ‘thin blue line’ decals/flags/plates everywhere. Most people support and appreciate hard work and long hours police put in. That doesn’t mean you can turn a blind eye when it comes to basic accountability though.

 

You keep showing up on the wrong side of arguments. I noticed you conveniently didn't reply to the other thread about public executions and crime rates.....
