SoCal Truck Spotting - Stalking for Some =P

My brother in-laws friend who works as a janitor at a Kia dealership said if I start cutting things off it will depreciate the value of my engine. I'd like to keep things stock while mounting 13 foot ATs. Do think BFG has a buy 4 get one free?

Potato quality pic but this guy had pods on at 2 in the afternoon and was close enough to sniff me. He claimed they were running lights

 

What happened in the last few years that there are so many of these lightbar/pod tools running around... Somebody mentioned it earlier but whenever you're on the freeway at night and you see amber lights, 90% of the time is a Toyota

Sometimes, it could be just that some of us are too lazy and / or cheap to wash our trucks so often. Maybe, we're just trying to be more strategic on when to schedule a wash because we never know when a spontaneous invite to the trails will spring upon us. Nevertheless, I ain't gonna hate on you if you're just a "mall crawler", "trailer queen", or "pavement princess". It's your expenditure. Outfit and ride it how you wanna. Not everyone has to be a "Bro".

I tried to convince my brother to run amber fogs and ditch lights 24/7 out in Texas but he wouldn’t do it. Said something about how only dumb guys in California need more light when there’s already light

That was probably me haha. Here in LA 99% of the time is either a tacoma or 4runner running their amber fog lights and sometimes pod lights.

I saw a different red Xrunner today in San Gabriel but wasn't quick enough with the camera.
