    There was a guy on the 126 recently who had a light bar running across the rear bumper and it was was turned on the ENTIRE time. We almost drove into the opposite lane a few times because we were blinded by this thing. Saw him jump on the 5 south after. Will make sure to get CHP to track him down next time I see him.
