There's been a few times when I'll whip into a spot real quick if I just need to pick up that one item and be out of the store in a minute. But when I look back and see how fucked up I parked, I'll get back in and straighten out just in case one of you catches me. I can't talk shit if I do it too. And I do love talking shit.

I want my truck to be spotted in this thread not the asshole thread! I always take the extra time to make sure I'm parked between the lines haha.

You know as soon as you leave it parked like shit is when you'll get spotted

no one spotted my month old Tacoma get turned into by some hoodrat on La Cienga and then try to blame me and say it was my fault? SOOOOOOOO ANNOYING. not much more than some scratches and maybe messed up wheel, and luckily my tube step took the brunt of it, but man. to have an idiot hit your NEW BABY and then be dumb enough to try and blame me. so annoying to deal with the process.

thanks for the space to vent. wife doesn't understand.

Sorry to hear that. Get yourself a dashcam to prevent bullshit back and forth like this with insurance companies.

I drive about 80% of the day and I could definitely use a dash cam. Btw, sorry to hear about your accident man. Some people seriously do not belong behind the wheel. @Pikestaco

i thought about it. still might. unfortunately in this instance i don't think it would have caught anything. the idiot literally turned into me. no front damage on my truck at all. Thats why i am still confused as to how he thinks it is my fault. He was turning across 3 lanes of traffic to pull into a strip mall area. the two lanes to my left didnt start driving when traffic started, but i did because i didn't even see him coming across. since those two stopped i guess he felt he could just gun it across all 3 lanes and he hit the side of me. the front of his car went into my drivers side wheel. It seems like a pretty clear cut case to me. don't you guys think? just hate being at the mercy of insurance.

it wasn't even the intersection. he was in a "suicide" lane waiting to turn across 3 lanes of traffic into the strip mall parking. all three lanes were stopped bumper to bumper in traffic waiting for the light to turn green about 100 yds ahead of where i was. light turned green. cars started to go in front of me, so i started going. the two lanes next to me decided to wait for the guy so he could cut across all of us (and i didn't even see over there because i am not looking 3 lanes to my left while i drive forward). so instead of slowly inching out in front of those two lanes and making sure everyone is stopped before he cuts across all 3 lanes, he just went and i was moving forward when he went into the side of me. does that make sense?

I'm a fan of my Mobius cams. No frills no extra shit I don't need (external screen, gps, motion detector, sticker dispenser, balloon animal maker, etc.). Just a straight up camera with great footage. 1080p and rivals go pro in video quality at 1/4 the price. Super tiny and they're mounted full time in the truck. Passengers don't even know they're there.
