I mean, being cool outside is nice when camping and sitting around a fire but 7° is not my jam.

Especially when you can’t really escape and have to cook, clean, etc outside. Makes the camper style setups much more appealing.

Hats not a bad way to look at it. It’ll happen if it’s suppoed to.

That’s kind of what I was thinking. If he had offers for that much he would’ve sold it already.

side note: been thinking about changing the name of socalexpeditions. I think it's a cool name but it doesn't really suite "me," as it suites a brand better.

if any names that incorporate Bijan (my real name) pop up in your brain, please feel free to share!

Side note, I'm loving this color in the shade

Are you interested in doing a winter trip by chance? Going through the Sierra’s. Starting in Bishop and ending up in Nevada. Open invite to anyone as well.

    Here are the two options:
    December 14-17th.
    December 21-24th.

We meet in Bishop and take off early A.M. on Friday. It’s about 300-330 miles total offroad - And a lot of changes could happen to the route. Will be snowed out probably, so traction boards, tow straps, recovery gear, chains, good tires, etc. are all pretty important. 4wd is a must...300+ miles with chains would be a PITA

We end up at our last campsite on Sunday, then leave Monday back home from Reno, NV.

(That’s a copy and paste message - I know you’ll be just fine with your setup and recovery gear)

Worked 14 hours today and had some motivation to continue designing. Still unsure about the name, but just slapped it on there for now.

Supposed to be wheeling this weekend and then getting the shock relocation done next weekend, followed by another trip next next weekend. Lot planned in the books! Very excited for @desertjunkie760 to do the relocation - My rear end rides extremely stiff right now (no weight) so I hope the kings make it a little less stiff.

Also been calling around for regearing + rear locker pricing. First quote gave me a heart attack...ECGS may be one way but I don't have the time to pull diffs, especially dealing with the pesky front diff as I remember it being a PITA on a buddies 4Runner way back when.

Oh, and not to forget finals next week :annoyed:

Edit: ignore the random writing on the bedsides. I typed the first thing that came to mind lol. Also feel weird slapping a youtube and instagram logo but...I guess that's the new thing.

    :bananadance:

I still can’t get over that color.

Also note, your ride quality may be mainly from your spring rate and lack of weight. Dakar’s are “load bearing” so they tend to be a little stiff unloaded.

The Kings should help with dampening capabilities a ton though, especially when wheeling.
