Not that I'll really be needing them for snow, but I just locked on some Demello bolt on sliders from a guy in Oceanside.

    Just thought I'd share. :D

    Awesome!

And don't think armor isn't needed in snow. Last year I hit my slider on a log under the snow. Sliders make it easy for recovery. You can hilift your truck which aids in recovery in any conditions too

yea, i wish i had installed sliders sooner... they are good for so much more than protection.

Bump for the trip! Hope for some snow!

If there is no snow some trails are still closed but there are still plenty open for some wheeling. If there is enough interest we can do 2 groups. 4x4 group and prerunners or we can stick together and do some easy/medium stuff. similar to broken shaft gulch in anza. there are trails that go all the way from cleghorn trail to johnson valley to barstow so there are options.

They pretty much say that everyweekend. Well probably get mostly rain and a dusting or that "few inches" can turn into 2 feet. They are so ass backwards and suck at predicting weather up here. Holcomb valley is about 7500' so there is usually more snow there. I'll keep everyone posted
