Should be fine, you will be sleeping in your clothes though, but since you camp, you know the drill..soundslike you got it covered.

Oohhh, beer and guns, nice pic. Bring some guns too, reminds me I gotta get more ammo!!

Bringing an AR-15, XD40 Tactical, and a little .22 scoped rifle for plinkin'.

Maybe I will build some steel targets too, so it can stand up to whatever we shoot at it, repeatedly, I know my AR turns steel into Swiss cheese, literally, even 1/4" plate!

Nice, I am sure others are bringing guns too, I had better weld up some targets, so we can kill them... :D

Hey guys, I made a little map to help find the campsite.

At the request of Speed Freek, please don't distribute outside of this meet - the land is private and the owner is giving us special permission to camp there.

Any copies made, digital or otherwise, will automatically self-destruct on February 20th .. enjoy

My .22 and .40 barely dent them...my .223 goes thru like hot butter. Never even seen a .17, do you mean a .177 Pelet/bb gun?

The rifle will compete with your .223 for sound... lol It really sounds like a high powered rifle.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.17_HMR

.17 Hornady Magnum Rimfire, commonly known as the .17 HMR, is a rimfire rifle cartridge developed by the ammunition company Hornady in 2002. It descended from the .22 Magnum by necking down the .22 Magnum case to take a .17 caliber (4.5 mm) bullet, and it is more costly to shoot than traditional .22 caliber rimfire cartridges. Commonly loaded with a 17 grain (1.1 g) bullet, it can deliver muzzle velocities in excess of 2550 ft/s (775 m/s).

Actually I just googled that image. I'm actually trying to build up a gun collection for myself. A tactical gun would be cool. So I'd like to try out a few of your guy's stuff.

But I'll bring just Coors Banquet since that is what seems to be what people are into. I just don't want to have to bring the extras home. I'll bug my old man to get a few cases next week.

OMG I just realized this is in 3 weeks not the following weekend...lol. I should look at a calendar more often...

No problem with the spot, I called the owner and reset the date..but now I have some more time to get the Jeep dialed in! Going to try and make it good enough to beat Eddie's truck... As long as we are in some super tight, narrow, curvey canyons that keep us in 1st gear, lol..

By then I should have 4 extra HID lights, and maybe even build a triangulated 4-link control arm setup for the back and get my flat skidplate all finished up! Would be nice to add another 4" of ground clearance, sucks getting hung up on shit..
