    i have stock "off road" billies

    the Volant makes the truck suck gas in the cold weather but has a nice sound and extra "butt dyno" kick

    not at all.

    there are plastic plugs covering the mounting holes...remove and bolt up steps

    the only issue is that the box that they were shipped in did not have anything but tape partially covering the end of the box, so some of the mounting hardware was missing (8mm bolts, washers, and lock washers)
