Anyone have info on why the in-dash speakers(tweeters) are soft. Noticed my Bluetooth calling had no sound so I adjusted the sound setting to full front and I can only hear sound when the volume is at max.

x2 - AND, you'd be shocked at how much of an improvement a set of Kicker CS-series speakers do for the other 4 speakers as well using the stock Entune premium head unit! I thought I'd need to spend a lot of money get good sound out of my truck, but $220 later and my truck sounds as good, if not better than Bose systems I've had in the past!

The other 4 speakers are on my short to do list!

Its amazing to me honestly, the engineering wonder that was the factory speakers... They can't weigh more than a few ounces, about as heavy as a small sheet of cardboard. For what they are they make a lot of noise... but comparing to a decent after-market set is no contest. And the Entune unit actually produces far more power than I gave it credit for. My system is probably 40% louder now, bass much clearer (and more pronounced if you want it to be), and best of all I don't HAVE to turn it all the way up to hear the full range of sound which was the case on the stock speakers. Good investment - I'd buy soon from Crutchfield if they still have the buy one set, get one 1/2 off on the Kickers...

Would love to know how and what to buy for this improvement. Want to upgrade but down want to spend the money for an oem audio plug and play system.

Nope, but on my list - the info is nested in several different related threads but not consolidated. I'll get something up - couldn't believe the improvement for such little $. Planned to just leave it alone, then added those tweeters and it improved SO much that I decided to see how much more quality I could get. Glad I did! I enjoy my commutes so much more with clear sound!

Are you sure that your phone has the Bluetooth volume adjusted all the way up? Is the volume the same if you are streaming music as well?

Darn it guys! I didn't even realize I needed new speakers. The crutchfield sale is still on, so here I go, spending $ again!
