    A lot of shit
So I’m sure it’s been on here but I’m unable to find it. We all know the rear suspension is soft as can be on these Tacoma’s. I haul my four wheeler in my bed and it’s like I’ve got 15 fat girls in the back on the way to the buffet line. It’s pathetic. I’ve got 4” blocks, 2” add-a-leaf and fox 2.0s in the back. Is the only real option to stiffen up the rear the air bag lift supports? I’ve been in a real debate over just getting a set of coil overs and fabing up brackets to relocate just to stiffen it up, I wouldn’t mind the air shocks but seeing as I’m not a suspension guru I don’t really know what works and doesn’t work with the geometry of the leafs flexing. I’ve found pics where they’ve taken a stock setup with the acception of shocks and moved the shocks to mount in a triangular shape top mount being toward the center of the bed, bottom mounts relocated to the back side of the axle, is there any advantages to that and maybe running coils? Someone with some experience please advise

    Thanks in advanced

    How often are you towing?

You can have a custom leaf pack built to support the added weight.

Deaver will use a Heavier duty spring pack and have it custom arched for you to what you need.

Pretty often, I’m very active trailing and hunting so I have the four wheeler loaded, lumber occasionally, garage/house projects. It’s just pathetic to drive around with that ass squatting the way it does with that little weight

I would think the 4” blocks probably aided in the sagging of those rear leafs.

It was part of the fabtech lift when I installed it. Not my first choice but I’ve dealt with it
