The same shit everyone else has.
Craigslist and Facebook market place. Usually pop up for sale for cheap on there.

Probably here in the classifieds but softtops for Tacomas are hard to find used anywhere. You are more likely to find the Bestop brand used than the more popular Softopper brand. Unlike the Softopper, you can find plenty of new Bestop ST on eBay.

CL or the TW Classifieds. Pro tip for TW sales - don't confine yourself to the classifieds forum, since some guys post stuff for sale in local regional forums. I just bought a nice Softopper from here but it was only listed in a Calif subforum. Also the toppers for 6ft beds should work between many different trucks (2nd, 3rd gen; Frontiers, etc) so don't just look for one that is for your exact truck.

It may not matter to some but although other models will fit on our 2nd gens, the height may not be flush with the cab. That would be a deal breaker for me. The main reason I opted for the Softopper vs Bestop besides the dislike for side windows is that the Bestop seems to have a hump in it's design of the frame whereas the ST is less pronounced. I also prefer the safari look of a ST:

I think if you tweak the adjustment straps you can minimize the cab height difference. I'm not entirely convinced there isn't just one Softopper for all compact 6' bed trucks, honestly. I have a 3rd gen top on my 2nd gen and was warned (via research in the big Softopper thread on here) that it would likely sit too low. IMO it fits perfect, but I have seen other guys with ST supposedly correctly fitted for their trucks that look way too small. Dunno.
