Softopper and Bed Rack for '19 Short Bed - Softopper SOLD

Selling my black softopper and custom bed rack that fit a 3rd Gen Short bed. Both still in great condition. Rack was fabricated locally, with welded aluminum. Also includes a threaded bushing kit that I use to fine-tune the rack height. Would easily hold 250 lbs, I've stood on it numerous times with no issues. I mostly use it to carry my canoe, but I've used it for ladders, plywood, etc. I think it would work with a RTT, but I've never used it for that.

I'm not selling the Prinsu Top Rack that is attached to it, as I plan to repurpose that rack. If buyer wants it as well, I would have to ask full price for Prinsu, as I would plan to replace it.

Preferably selling local to Louisiana, Mississippi, southern Alabama, western Florida, or East Texas. I could ship the Softopper, but rack would have to be palletized to ship.

Asking: $450 for Softopper, and $500 for rack.

Link? No, but I bought it direct from Softopper in 2019. I think they retail for $775 or so, plus another $100 or so for shipping and taxes. I think it was close to $900 new in December of 2019.

 

Excellent bargain for a Softopper in good condition! I love mine, probably more than Diamondback cover.

And, really nice build for that rack--I'd come and grab that from you if I was local. GLWS

BTW...just curious, but what do you have in your bed? Like a Decked box?

 

Thanks! I think so as well (bargain.) Plus, always like to pay it forward on TW. Also thanks on the rack build. The fabricator who did it enjoyed doing something non-industrial/oil fieldish I think. Fun side project for him.

I ordered new foam adhesive for the bottom of the rails, I usually have to replace it once a year or so. It definitely needed some

 

What sorta range of Southern Alabama we talking?

 

I'm about an hour and a half from Mobile.

 

Does the back rack come apart?

 

It only detaches from the mounting points to the truck. The rack itself is all one piece.

Wondering that too. My buddy is 110% in! Last I knew he was trying to sell as a package deal but hadn’t heard anything new about list of buyers in line
