Softopper Color

Got a black TRD Pro back in Feb.

Thinking of getting a softopper but can't decide on color.

My current ranking is black, then grey, and then tan. But I'm wondering if the grey (or tan) would provide some contrast and look better than a blacked out look.

I know it's all personal preference but just wanted to get a sense of what others thought.

I think there is a thread dedicated to pictures of softoppers. I bet there will be some black trucks with all 3 color softoppers to help. I like the black ones personally.

 

the black will match the black trim on the truck.

the grey will match the black trim on the truck in 5 years when it starts to fade.

the tan will match the whole truck if it's constantly dusty.

They recommend not matching the same color to your truck, since the colors will not be perfectly similar. I think the tan would look great on the black truck.

I did it and don't have any questions about my choice.
Well, a lot of people ask questions about it.
When I'm at the fuel island, work parking lot, store parking lot anywhere I park getting in or out of my truck.

 

Black, otherwise it looks like you bought it second hand.

 

Black can get very hot. It prob looks best but if you hang out underneath, heat may beca concern
