I received mine this past friday - it was quite the wait. Good to hear it doesn't happen to everyone.

For anyone wondering, received an email explaining they're understaffed, part shortages, etc. Gave me a new ship date of jan 14th. Sent email on the 14th asking for an update, several days later received apology and said new ship date is in Feb.

Finished my platforms, just waiting now. Hoped it would come sooner, but I'm expecting another delay.

Plus I understand. Work in a hospital, close to half of my team is out positive right now. And we have been huge difficulties getting new hardware in for a long while now. Also difficult to respond to people in a timely manner.

Cant wait until it gets here!

I have loved my softopper and have had it on my 3rd gen since 2016.
The back window tends to crack over time during cold winters, so I decided to try to replace it this last spring.

I placed an order in May for a replacement rear window and got an email confirming my order. After six weeks or so without hearing a confirmation of shipping I decided to call them. Customer service checked my order and said that the front window was accidentally ordered, which they don’t have many of so it takes forever to get and ship. (I definitely ordered a replacement REAR window on the site)

So customer service corrected the order and said it would ship the following week. After several weeks of not hearing anything again I had to call back again to follow up. I was then assured again it would ship the following week.

long story short, it took just over 6 months from when I ordered my replacement window to actually receiving it - AND IT WASNT EVEN THE RIGHT WINDOW. The window zips in fine but the cross bar that holds it down sits too high in the new window. So now I’m back to square one trying to deal with them.

To top it off I wasted precious stickers I had been saving for half a year on a window that won’t work.

extremely triggered and I’ll look to get a proper canopy next. Don’t get a softopper unless you’re willing to put up with terrible service.

What did your original order confirmation say? It should clearly show a front or rear window. A reply or screenshot of that should have cleared up the original issue.

I don't know for sure but might guess that the 5ft and 6ft STs could have different panels? Since one has a curved cross bar and one is straight. Each uses different outer clamps. Again, the order conf should show this and help you on pointing blame.
