Get rid of the bed completely and build a wedge top camper in it's place.

I have a soft topper. Very easy and light to remove when you need too. ;-)

Love the versatility and light weight of my softopper. They have 10% off new sale right now.

Softopper is certainly the best money I’ve spent on the truck thus far.

I got it for 1500 from another TW member and it was 2 months old. Then bought the bed rug XLT. The shell already Came with LED dome light, carpet headliner, pet screens, drop down front window, prolock and usb.

    Yeah, they are!
I’m building my own camper. I don’t think you could buy these when I started. If It had been available I might have gone that route. It would be a lot more money but a lot less time. So far I’m into my camper around 400 hours. And I’m like 1/2 way done.

I follow this guy on YouTube. He’s building out a 79 series Land Cruiser with one.

Dang 400 hours! Do you have current pics? That’s awesome that you’re doing it yourself though!
