I have not adjusted the arms. It is only on the drivers side, the passenger side it tight with no wrinkle. I am afraid if I adjust the arms, the wrinkle will move to the other side. I dont assume I can move the arm on just the side with the wrinkle? I would think it should be symmetrical.

@PEIyota did you ever resolve the wrinkle in yours? or did it just come out in time?

You're gap to the cab looks huge. The pic in the instructions is deceiving since it is of a 2nd Gen.

I adjusted mine to the loosest position (bottom). It has been great for over a year and many removals.

Don't over torque the clamps. In ths position given (1/2in from the bed rail edge?) and just enough clamp torque to compress the foam.

Also, I would recommend getting the bottom of the front and rear panels set, then with the sides fully snapped, release and fasten the velcro at the top of the front and rear panels.

It comes in the middle position. I’ll try the looser position on the arms.

For the clamps. I had to tighten the clamps to correct the bending some. I had them looser originally and the bend was worse. Not sure how folks are getting their arms to sit flat. I have tried moving the rails anywhere from 1/2 to 3/4 inch from the inside and no significant difference. The rails at the end are bent and make it harder to slide the back rail into its slots, although not impossible.

Still hoping that the OP resolved his issue and could provide his resolution.

Moving the arm pin down one slot didn't make a difference, actually made the whole top much looser. It was easier to snap though which is a plus.

I have not tried moving the arms front to back to see if that will make a difference. Anyone have to do this?

I have considered putting some foam between the front rail and the canvas to pull that one corner tighter.

I'm also possibly being particularly anal about this...

Weekend bump! Looking for some more advice, since I have still been unable to remove the wrinkle on the drivers side. Hoping there is someone out there with the same issue who has resolved it.
