If you read through it though, it lists an ECU update file for the MT to 04B13. I asked about this last month, but no one had any answers. I was hoping OVTune would take a look at it, but so far, nothing.

Yeah, I saw my 04B12 ECU in there. Like you, I just wasn't sure how it relates to AT ECUs or not.

Either way, it is a lot of good news.

You or someone should create a different thread that has all of the TSBs attached there; could be a great reference to go back to instead of having to comb through different threads to find the pdf of it.

Cool. I'm picking up a 18 TRD Pro MT that was build July 27. It might have it already, if not I'm in.

Yeah, a couple of us spotted the M/T calibration IDs in those A/T TSBs straight away. WEIRD. There's no mistaking it, 04B12 has nothing to do with an auto trans truck and neither does 04A70. Ruggy's truck is an '18, so he presumably applied the TSB and is now running 04A71.

@Ruggybuggy , just post the scantool display showing your new calibration ID.. that should quiet the tinfoil hat crowd in here (unless they are complete idiots).

The problem is, with the limited info we have right now, it doesn't appear to include all M/Ts. I can't see it playing out that way, because there would be a whole bunch of '16 customers left out in the cold.

We need to wait and see before lighting the torches and grabbing the pitchforks.

UPDATE: The CUW file for 0058 - 18 contains code for updating all versions of M/Y 16/17 M/T trucks to 04B13.

Called my dealer today and the service advisor was clueless. Do I need to talk directly to a mechanic?

Will do that tonight. I have to send a copy of the new software to Matt. This is my second day on the new software and it has address all my drivability concerns. No jerks or stutter and very linear power output. My truck feels normal and I'm liking it a lot.
