Solar help

I did a search in hopes of finding a parts list but didn't see much.
I have a fridge enroute and I'd like to run a solar panel to my battery. Basically want to mount a 100w panel somewhere and I'd love someone to just say here's what you need, here's the parts, etc etc.
I wanted the get cascadias set up bit I'm thinking I'd do well to save that money for other uses on the truck.

If there's a flat, semi flexible panel I can stick to the roof (no sunroof) and run it to a charge controller that would be awesome.
