Good day everybody (for some of yall its morning for some afternoon),

I was wondering if yall could guide me towards a small solar panel set up. I would like to be able to maybe charge a small power pack off of these panels which in turn can charge my radios, cell phone, speaker, and whatever else I may have laying around. I know nothing about this. I would like to start off with something small and hopefully water/sand proof (if thats even a thing for these panels, then move on to something more substantial that could maybe even run a fridge (like I said I know nothing about these things). Thanks in advance!
