    SOLD

    Package includes four skid plates:
    • Engine
    • Transmission
    • Transfer-case(with crossmember)
    • Lower control arms

    3/16″ steel, black powdercoat.

These were on my truck for a few months. I'm going a different direction with a dedicated trail rig so I don't need armor on the Tacoma now. Everything is in great condition. There is some trail rash but there are no dents.

Fits Access cab and Double cab 4×4 3.5L models only- does not fit 2wd models

Guessing the transmission skid is for a re-routed y pipe / exhaust?

Yes, this transmission skid will need exhaust reroute. Usually runs about $150-250 depending on the exhaust shop but most will do it for you if you just show them a picture of what you want.

Did they take over Mobtown’s design? Those are a pretty solid setup! I have MT’s main skids and the two RCI LCA covers- and I really like how the LCA plates protect the alignment adjustment bolt - one took a hit straight on and it did really well. Looks like a great deal.

Not sure about the mobtown thing.. I was happy with the LCA skids as well. I screwed up my alignment the very first time I took my truck on a trail. Ordered the LCA skids when I got home. They more than paid for themselves over time saving my alignment lol.

Rarely. Not sure if I'll be heading that way anytime soon.
