Does this have navigation and all the bells and whistles? Will it hook up toa 2011 JBL system with a little fine tuning on the wiring? :D

No it does not have navigation but is a pretty sweet unit I just really wanted the navigation feature. It will show traffic in your area and weather (temps and forecast) via HD Radio and it can stream bluetooth from your phone if you get a bluetooth kit. When connected it will stream music, show texts, and even has on-screen buttons for quick dialing certain numbers.
As far as what wiring would be needed:

"Here is what you would need if you have a Tacoma that is 2011 or older:

for basic functionality (radio) you need a metra 40-LX21 antenna adapter. Crutchfield $9.99 or Bestbuy delivered to store for $12.99.
If you want the Bluetooth connectivity you need Toyota Bluetooth mic kit PT546-74120, $41.40 from midatlantictoyotaparts.com and a 28-pin conversion harness PT546-00120 $29.66 at toyotapartsworld.com. The install is very simple plug and play once you have these parts.

For the 2012 all you need is the 28-pin conversion harness and the antenna adapter.

For a 2013 nothing additional is needed, completely plug and play."

I found this after a quick look in the forum.
JBL Edit: From what I remember reading somewhere buried in the forum the speaker hookups may need some wiring attention also
