Located in Charlotte, NC. Selling 4 used gunmetal Tandem 612 wheels mounted on 265/70/17 Falken Wildpeak A/T3Ws. Looking for pick-up/meet only, not interested in shipping.

Price dropped to $700 for the wheels and tires together. Brand new this combo would run close to $1,500. Here’s a bit of info on the items:

Wheels: Tandem 612 Charlies, Gunmetal color. 17x8.5, -12 offset. 23 lbs, center bore 106mm, 6x139.7. Black ET lug nuts included. Center caps can be taken on and off even with the wheels mounted. Wheels are made by Tandem Offroad, they are located in Texas and specialize in Toyotas. One wheel has a small scratch on it which you can see in one of the pics below.

Tires: 265/70/17 Falken Wildpeak A/T3Ws. These are the SL version that weigh 46.5 lbs. 9/32 tread remaining (new they are 14/32).

See pics below. Let me know if you have any questions, happy to answer them.

    4 questions:

How many miles on the tires?

    Any pictures on the truck?

Any pics without the center caps?

    TPMS?

22,000 miles on the tires. No TPMS. Below are some pics of the wheels on the truck. I often ran them without center caps.

Thanks! I'm still in the deciding stage of what style wheel I want to go with, but saw this and thought it'd be convenient since we are local. Anyway, good luck with the sale, I'll you know if I want to go this route.

Sounds good, let me know if you ever want to check them out in person sometime. The Tandem wheels have a unique design you won’t see anywhere else - they’re made by an offroad shop in Texas that specializes in Toyotas. The Falken Wildpeaks are great tires - I stuck with the brand with my new set just went with a bigger size.

Price drop to $700 for the wheels and tires. This is a great deal, especially for someone that's looking to change things up from an OEM wheel and tire setup. Lower price than I'd like to sell them but need to clear space in the garage!

Just a note, I'm happy to separate the wheels and tires if that would facilitate a sale. Price for wheel set is $500, price for tire set is $200. I realize finding someone that needs this exact wheel/tire size package together may be difficult.

    Little bit of stuff.
If you were closer to me I'd be in your driveway with cash. I realize TW Express is a possibility, but it's a lot to ask of many different people to get those all the way up the east coast... Good luck with the sale man!

Man I'd love to have these, wish the funds were there, but they just aren't right now. Close enough I could have made a drive too.

Thanks guys. These wheels really do have a unique design and are really light at 23 lbs. My new wheels are 30 lbs and I’m already kind of regretting it haha. It’s definitely noticeable.

Tandem doesn’t get mentioned much on this forum but these guys are really dialed in to anything Toyota. Check out the link below to learn more about the wheel model I’m selling.

Looking to switch it up from my OEM Trd sport rims. How are these tires on the road with respect to noise/vibrations? Is your truck at stock height?

Never had any issues with the Falken Wildpeaks in terms of noise or vibration. They are especially good for wet traction. These are the standard load (SL) version so they’ll feel more similar to OEM than a heavier LT tire likely would. My truck has a 1.5 inch lift in front, 1 inch lift in rear.

Definitely interested. Im on stock suspension so let me do some research to see if these will fit without rubbing. Ive seen the threads stating that this size fits but just not sure with this offset. Any thoughts on this? Any chance you had them on the truck before the lift? haha

I did have the 265/70/17 tires before the lift and had no rubbing issues. The 17x8.5, -12 offset wheels didn’t go on until after I did the lift. These wheels will move the wheels/tires about 2 inches wider than your current setup. It provides a great stance but I believe would cause some rubbing without a small lift.

Bilstein 5100s. Set to 4th notch in front for a 1.5 inch lift. 1-inch blocks in the rear.
