SOLD-ARB Bumper with Winch

I'm trading in my truck but before I do I wanted to see if anybody was interested in my ARB bumper with Warn M8000 winch in a trade + money dea. I'm asking $800, or OBO, for both + your Silver OEM bumper with fog lights. That's a over a 50% reduction on what the combo cost me. My truck is '09 TRD OR. I'm in north San Diego county so only local people please. You also have to be willing to help with the swap. Thanks for looking.
