Whats nice is the girl from Toyota was really awesome to deal with. Basically said that the dealer writing the transmission off as a characteristic isn't correct. So the case manager is going to call me tomorrow to go over it all. Its going to be a tough one since throwing another transmission at it isn't the right way of doing it. And replacing everything (clutch, throw out bearing, fork etc) is gonna be pricy on their part plus the chance of it actually not lasting for to long. My only thought is something is not lined up somewhere in the truck or there's just a serious gremlin in it. So based on how the conversation goes tomorrow might have to take all the aftermarket parts off just to avoid the argument that they caused the issue.

I downloaded the Toyota Owners app since you can actually track your service history with it and what the tech has written up... So for mine they haven't put anything down for the 3 or 4 times I've gone back, so its going to be a little difficult to argue that. But the one they wrote up for the transmission specifically states replace clutch pedal.

Yaaasssss got the truck back. They finally replaced the clutch pedal assembly and master cylinder. Holy shit it's so much better. Noise is gonna shitty clutch feed back is gone.
Found out that the truck has a TRD quick shift kit (who knew) so they adjusted that and now it's shifting beautifully again. So took long enough but finally truck is back driving normally again. Hope is this clutch pedal last little longer then the last two

so I went to a military college in Vermont, and one of the freshmen I was in charge of enlisted in the MA National Guard, so that's his unit patch from his deployment he gave me.

    It is essentially this.

It was the brigade that my father was in in WWII.
    2nd armored brigade, Polish Army.
The patch you had up reminded me of it.

 whoa! sorry such a big picture.

My Grandfather was part of the occupied forces in Berlin after WW2, how he was able to bring the whole family over from Germany to the US and escape the Soviets

Always a great part of the experience if the artist has a personality.
