I'm selling my camper shell that I absolutely love only because I'm buying a first gen. It fits all body styles including regular cabs with no trimming needed of the third brake light. All three doors open easily and all of the struts are in perfect working order.

All the locks function well. I have three keys and you can make more at Home Depot if needed. It is super light compared to fiberglass shells since it's aluminum. The only cons are that it isn't completely water tight on the side windows during heavy rain, but it's a matter of adding more weather stripping to make them so - a project I was going to take on if I was keeping my truck. It's only during heavy rain though - not just a sprinkle or morning dew. The front window doesn't open - it would have to be modified with a slider or something, but if you're handy with some basic tools I think it would be quite possible to make it open and close and remain water tight with some weather stripping and some hinges. @ETAV8R

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for looking!

Thank you. I like the truck so much, but I've been wanting 4x4 for some places I've been going to lately. I doubt the shell is ARE - there's no branding on it at all. There's a couple aluminum shell companies that make shells custom order and it looks like it could be from one of them. I have no idea who made it though - the thing is awesome though - if I was getting another second gen I'd never sell it lol.

    Road trip! lol Someday.

It's funny - to some this is worthless but to those that have uses for what it is / does it's a unicorn. You can easily open the doors from inside if their not locked and I came up with a way to lock yourself in if you sleep in it using a ratchet strap around the inside handle and securing it to the bed cleats. I did that when I was camping down on the border where certain people may not be who you want coming up to you while you sleep. Since I'm pretty much always solo I have to plan accordingly lol.

It can also fit on top of fiberglass fenders without modification unlike most fiberglass shells that curve down around the bedsides.
