I had it strapped and it surprisingly did not move that much.

Doesn't mean I hated it any less though :spy:

Their air impacts and toolboxes are good. For anything else you use daily or close to daily, I would get a better brand. But their impacts and toolboxes are good. Especially since there's no way I'm spending $4K on the same size Snap-On or Matco toolbox. It's a metal box that holds tools...

I use my HF 1/2" impact at work daily and have had no issues. Durable and puts out good torque

I have that and their cap. Adds some weight and beefs it up nicely. I did the upgraded rivet hardware while i was at it. If you didnt order the hardware, i have extra rivet nuts, you would just need the ss bolts to go with it. I can check length of one of mine.

Should be nice if I load my bike up and hopefully a future dual sport, the stock tailgate just feels like nothing unfortunately. I may take you up on that. Does the hardware kit replace the torx screws that go around the outside of the stock skin? I can't tell from their website. Rivet nut from the inside of the tailgate or how does install work?

Yeah they replace the stock mounting hardware. You need to drill out the square holes to make the rivet nuts fit, but its simple. Then pop in the rivet nuts, and screw the plate onto it. I reused my plastic tailgate skin as well to cover up the powdercoat on the skin and protect it a bit more.

2nd Gen and 3rd Gen facing off!

Girlfriend's brother got a 3rd Gen so I've been pulling him to the dark side of TW :drevil:

He has an Access cover like mine, BAMF blacked out grille, and an aluminum skidplate that I can't remember the brand on.

Threw in a new air filter today, forgot to check it at the 45K service; did the cabin but neglected the engine filter. It was pretty dirty so replaced it with Purolator A35578 filter.

She actually drove it home from D.C. with me one day because I forgot my license but this was I think the first time she drove it without me

She is certified on driving the ambulance at our firehouse but she somehow thinks it's bigger :notsure:

I would rock a Prius for daily if someone gave me one for free :anonymous:
