Probably going to be able to get them by Christmas time. (along with my TC UCA's) I think I will get the Expo's and rear ext. Icon 2.0's July 2014.

    PLASTIDERPED WINDOW TRIM

I was bored today and decided to Plasti-Derp the window switch plates. I think it turned out pretty well. I can always pull it off after all.

Thanks for the tips on how to get them off. ;) I like the contrast as well. Did you have to take the door panel off to get to the arm rest to wrap it? I want to eventually wrap that in a neoprene material to match the Wet Okole's I also eventually want.

That would be awesome. But, like I said, it will be a while before I am able to drop $400+ on seat covers...

Once school and work starts back up in a week I might have time to wipe twice...

 .... Damn it you're probably right...

I have the IFS one on but I don't think I will put the transmission or transfer case ones on until I get my 700# Icons. I did, however, get my grade 8 hex bolts and hardware to replace the shitty allen bolts that ATO supplies, so I will be ready to put them on as soon as I get the money...oops I mean Icons...

They gave you allen bolts? Weird.
Just throw them on. The extra bit of weight wont hurt

Yep. I assume they think they are better so the hex heads don't scrape? But this is what happened to one of the bolts when I test fitted the trans skid and then tried to take it off...Took me over an hour with two vise grips to take it off. The nut basically started to eat the threads when I tried to take the bolt off. (you can see the threads missing on the end of the bolt and the threads inside the nut in the picture)

Was it cross threaded? Or maybe they grabbed the wrong nut for that bolt. Looks like something didn't line up. Either way, grade 8 is a good way to go

Pretty sure it wasn't because I free-threaded the bolt until I couldn't, but who knows. I should be able to earn enough money for my Icon's and TC UCA's minus using a couple hundred from my savings by Christmas time...then I will put the ATO's on

Just saw this. How do you get those covers off? I like the look of that and wouldn't mind doing that.

Basically get your nails or a small screwdriver under the middle part and start prying up. The front (towards the hood) part of the plate is a clip that pops up, and the rear is just a little tab that slides under the back part of the opening, just so you know how it is held it there.

If I check out your Retros soon I could show you how to pop them up if you're worried about breaking the clips like I was.

    COLORMATCHED DASH TRIM

Colormatched the dash gauge trim pieces today. I also decided that I think I will hold off on purchasing my suspension until I can get it all in one purchase (Icon coilovers/TC UCA's/Icon rear shocks/AP Expo Pack) including a Pelfreybilt H/C rear with swingout and Rotopax, OEM bed mat, and installing the ATO transmission and transfer case skids I already have. I think it will most likely be at least January 2014, but also no later than July 2014.

Just thought I should share my latest update of my Photoshop concepts for the build. I didn't mess with putting the 255's on in the front and rear view, but just imagine the tires being a little narrower and a little taller.

Are you looking at ATO? Just PM me with a straight on rear picture and what you are going to do with the swingout (tire/wheel, Rotopax, gas cans, etc) and I'll try to work something up.
