Look into the Sylvania LED 194/168 bulbs for the taillights, and any other light it fits. Interior lights, 3rd break light, marker lights.

They have a warranty on them for a couple years.

On the exhaust wrap. Auto Zone or Advanced Auto, Pep Boys etc. all have a wrap you can use. I do not have ANY wrap on mine for whatever reason. Very simple to put on.

Taillight thing's not a big deal, just have to make sure the brake lights are still working every once in a while. I think it's primarily the connection, not the bulbs or anything.

I got the exhaust wrap at Advance, but I'm just wondering if I need to put a new one one with the pipe being so close to the T-Case.

Are they the braided SS ones? I noticed much more responsiveness in mine when switching from the oem ones.

Looks like ill be shopping for new rear shocks. Right rear 5100 is blown out.

Yep, the ones from the GB.

 That is no good. You think from just normal driving?

Hmm. Only reason i could think of mushy brakes would be air in the line but if you bled them should be good.
For my shock it has to be normal driving. Havent been off road in over a year and that was mild even then.

How many times did you all bleed them? It took me 4 different sessions to get my brakes back to normal.

Once. Filled up a Gatorade bottle ~3/4 full between all 4 tires.

Matt. We can do it again.

I think I could try it again myself if I still feel like they're spongey, but they feel ok for now.

    Also, bump for this:

Do it again till it feels like stock. Not sure why but these systems take a few tries.

I found that when i had the engine running the power brakes kicked in and helped bleed the brakes much easier. All my old trucks i did with them off but they didnt have all this fancy crap that this one does.

Yeah, when we did it the other day, we had the truck running and they bled easily.

Hey Matt what did you need the shims on your superbumps in the rear for? I am thinking since I need to replace the rear shocks I might as well look at new leafpacks and u-bolt flip while I am back there and would need new bumpstops for the flip kit. My rear leafs are pretty flat right now.

Since I didn't trim my U-bolts (planning on getting Expo's soon, so need the full length of U-bolts), I wanted to shim the bump up about 1/4" so my frame didn't hit my U-bolts at full compression. I have a lot more of the shims I could give you still in case you didn't want to trim the U-bolts or if you were planning on getting a different leaf pack.

Here you can kind of see the difference between where my frame could've hit before and then after shimming.

Just put in order for Pelfrey H/C rear. Thought I should at least put in my order now so that by the time I get my new suspension, the bumper should be done and ready to be put on.

Very excited to have one of Tyler's products. :headbang:

    Pelfrey H/C Rear Bumper
    -Rotopax Mount
    -Tire Swingout
    -Hidden Hitch
    -Reverse Light Cutouts
