I may go to 450 total, then do the 60-10's. I had full contact when I checked around 100 miles I think. I may have had it before then, but forgot to check prior to that.

I was just going to follow their procedure as closely as possible :notsure: I am new to any kind of brake knowledge, so I was just going to do what they say

Are your brakes feeling better than the stock ones Matt? Did the brake fluid flush get rid of that sponge feeling?

Well unfortunately, I'm not sure if the shop even did a brake flush. I looked on my receipt a day or two after the brakes were installed and noticed that was not on there. I think it's too early to tell how the brakes are because I am still in the bedding procedure for these new ones.

I am going to finish the bedding procedure within the next day or two, and then I should be able to tell. I might do another brake flush myself after that if they are still feeling spongey.

So, even though I have swaybar relocates, my swaybar is still hitting the coil over seat at complete full lock. Makes a very loud clunk. Any ideas? I'd like to keep the swaybar on but I don't know how else to space the swaybar down if I already have the relocates.

The relocate bars space it forward I think. You may be able to find/make a custom spacer but if there isn't room to move the sway bar up any further it wouldn't work.

Just did my ten stops and drove around about 15 miles to make absolutely sure that they didn't sit while hot. I think they're only getting better from this point on

I have contemplated that. Did you take it off Superwhite? I just don't want annoying body roll in some of the roads I drive.

Sweet! I'll probably do them as soon as I can find time/space to do them.

took mine off a long time ago. of course your going to have some extra body roll but it doesnt bother me. just makes you slow down a little more going into a turn. try it out, doesnt take much to remove it

I figured those 700lb coils would do fine in controlling body roll.

Yeah, I'll probably take it off here soon. I also need to grease my UCA bushings again, I think they are the squeaking culprit. (Even though I already greased them...)

In other news, just completed the final step in the bedding procedure for my EBC brakes, so I can get back to normal braking now.

Prob have to take down your front skid to get it off I would guess. If its too much roll you can always put it back and find someone to fab up a custom relocate for it.

    ULTRAGAUGE RELOCATION AND SWAYBAR REMOVAL

I greased my UCA bushings again to try and get rid of this weird squeaking / creaking noise when I'm driving normally, but it didn't seem to help. :notsure:

Relocated my Ultragauge with the help of joneill03 today. The windshield mount kept falling off in the cold mornings and was a PITA to work with.

Have it mounted under the sun visor by the A-post. My sun visor still goes down all the way, so it's a win-win.

Also removed my swaybar. It was hitting the coilover seat on my IVD's, even with the relocation blocks, so it had to go. A little more body roll, but the 700# coils keep it under control.

Hopefully will help with offroad articulation...if I ever make it to a wheeling meet... :anonymous:

Also hit 25K miles :woot: Big day for the little guy.

Congratulations. LOL my 2008 only has 37k. Also, the Ultragauge falling off problem has only happened to me twice since october and my truck lives out side 95% of the time. :/ some times its just a matter of how well you get it on there after cleaning under it.
