Is it ok to just pour some water (like out of a water bottle) on the uniball to try to get any debris out, then lube it again? Or should I just try to spray the uniball with just the lube again?

The lube will probably prevent the water from penetrating enough to get stuff out. I don't think it'll hurt anything trying it though.

Got my flip license plate bracket in today. The lines to mount are 7.5'' on center, whereas stock is 7'', so I will just wait to install when I get my Pelfrey. I was going to install just to see it in action but it's not a big deal.

Which one did you get. I'm debating on buying one or making my own. Last mod day I picked up a piano hinge from one the local guys that'll work.

I originally tried to get it from a site called Stylin Trucks for $10 but they discontinued it. So the next cheapest I could find was from here:

    http://www.race-mart.com/Draw-Tite-DRA-49802.html

A little more expensive but after an earlier trip to the hardware store, it ended up being about the same cost as it would've been for all the hinges and hardware needed.

Take it to the car wash or use a pressure washer to clean the uniballs. dont put that white lithium grease or wd40 on the uniballs. go to lowes and look for dupont teflon lube. cheaper than tri flow stuff from wheelers and is essentially the same.

I have Bel-Ray molylube dry lube that I have been using. I think I'm going to spray some more before going to class and then maybe wash it off and lube again if it doesn't do the trick.

I posted a video in the Mid Travel BS Thread where you can hear the noise. It's more of a clicking noise than anything. Very fucking annoying.

Just got news that my Pelfrey bumper may be shipping out late next week. Hopefully will have it painted and installed by mid-May.

Spent 3 hours today washing, claying, waxing, and detailing the truck. Definitely needed it after all the winter crap that's been on it.

Drove down the road a little to do a quick photoshoot.
