The older ones were good. The ones with the straight 6 in them. The new ones I can't stand though. At least its a manual tranny. And oh how I miss a manual tcase. Haven't had a manual tcase since my 95 wrangler. Even better, before that my 93 F150 had manual tcase AND manual hubs. Oh the memories...

Spare tire cover on. Cost $2 after some Amazon points and covers up that ugly spare well until I get my matching wheel and 255 on.

Yeah, I wasn't too sure about it but I think it'll do until I mount my 255's and get my matching TRD wheel.

    Thanks Matt!

These are the "OEM style" ones from eGay that I put on a while back after getting rid of those black bezel ones.

    Too ricer-ish for me :D

Washed the truck today, and also washed/waxed the roof in preparation for the BajaRack. I figured I should get a good coat of wax on there beforehand...

Also just ordered a couple TRD wheel locks so that my spare has the same lugnuts as my regular wheels and I can lock/unlock them with the same "key."

As of right now I have no way to use my spare :anonymous: :anonymous: :anonymous:

Called and got an update from Joe (Chitown 4x4) about the BajaRack, saying it should be leaving CA on Wednesday. Hopefully will have the BajaRack, Pelican case, ARB snatch block, and TRD wheel locks within the next week.

Already have the rack Hi-Lift mounts though.

Need to get some for my spare on the Pelfrey. Right now I just have some generic lugnuts holding it on :anonymous:

I wanted it to have the same matching locking lugnuts and "keys" that my regular wheels have.

I felt the toyota wheel locks were a royal pain in the ass and stopped using them. I guess if you have one on your spare it is a good idea but if you rotate your own shit on the regular.....dealing with a weird lug nut on each corner is annoying.

You also live in an area that is probably more theft prone than my town
    So good on ya
