Sold DELETE 1998 extra cab frame New Photos

Got another frame for sale. 1998 extra cab. It was set up for a V6 with manual trans. Has some surface rust. No east coast rust issue here. $300

It would work perfectly I am needing to replace my frame as it is rusting out by the rear spring mounts. Not sure about the 23h 37m drive out there.

 

It would be worth it for a good frame.

 

I'm sure that's cheaper than a new truck!

I am interested in this frame.

I have a 97 extended cab v6 auto trans.

Do you know if the crossmember that holds the transmission mount is in the same location? I'm assuming that may be the only modification I would have to do

 

I know on the 4 cylinders it is 3 inches further back on the automatic transmission then the manual. Not sure about the v6 I can take a picture of the location in a little bit.

also i think the 98 does not line up verbatim with a 97 or so I have read at one time depending on your trucks production date, but don't quote me on that

 

It jus has longer frame horns and leaf spring mounts. Otherwise it's the same

you would have to buy all new leaf springs to fit? if you did not have a post 97 whatever production month it is?

 

Shit. I wish I wasnt on the east coast RN, Id probably buy that right away.

 

That's the problem every one who needs them are on the east coast and everyone who has them are on the west. And shipping is too much.
