These came out of my TRD Off Road with Black Interior. Sale includes seats, headrests, two rear panels, assorted small plastic covers, seatbelts, rear center console, and bolts needed to reassemble. The sale does not include the rear side door panels. I have included a picture pointing to these panels.
$1,000 plus shipping. This will have to be shipped in three boxes which may increase shipping cost.
$800 cash if you come to my house and pick them up. I am in Big Pine, CA 93513. No Returns.

If OP doesn't respond PM me. I took out the seats but left the finished panels in place along the back of cab ... a relatively easy job ...I've got step by step procedure pictures I can e-mail you. looks very finished and a piece of carpeted plywood levels up the floor allowing tools etc to be slid under when rear door is open.
Removing seat, backrest, rear belts and head restraints makes good use of the useless 2016 "back seat"whish is essential only useful for a coat or for small children.... Toyota needs to go to the Subaru " customer use awareness school" and design the space for dogs, packages & tools, a flat deck and a couple of covered storage boxes in the recesses would be far better!
Even the 2008 Taco Access I traded was way more useful with, it's foldout jump seat, than the more recent reiteration, apparently designed only for infants in car seat and youngsters up to about 5 year olds. The newer version doesn't even carry groceries well due to seat and foot well configuration and the space taken up folded down the head rest )which block rear vision when locked up in place for rear seat use.

I swapped with the guy who bought my seats. There is a thread containing the utility panel part #. I Amazoned the number and found it for about $425.

There is actually the SR grade access cab that does not come with rear seats.

I know but I wanted an SR5 with 2nd level trim, w black interior (& red trim) and built as close to an OR as possible.... as I wanted body color over fenders and the SR style grill ...in MGM it looks great, just enough chrome and I so seldom use locking rear . It has wotked out great has just over 5K

So you sold and shipped all the stuff to him first, and he sent you back the rear trim board when he got it removed ? I hate to sound like I have no faith in mankind, but just dont want to send all my stuff to someone and get nothing back, so brainstorming to make it amicable for both parties and still have some insurance that I wont get hung out to dry. I know most people that visit this site are not that type of people, but, being burnt a few times makes you leery, just wondered if you had worked out a method that was fool proof.

@fuelhead I took his money, I shipped his items to him, and then he shipped the rear panel to me. Worked like a charm.

I understand your concerns as there are some dirtbags out there.
