    These are adjustable via the threaded collar, they can be adjusted from 0-3" with preload at the coilover.

    From what I gather, paying someone to rebuild these for you should be under 200, but that depends on the rebuild service. You pay more for the labor than the price of components when it comes to rebuilding shocks. Rebuilt kits aren't expensive, $40 maybe, and then you can find tutorials that show how to rebuild them.
