assuming you have your power rear window switch in the middle like my TRD OR does, this will not be a direct swap in for you.

Good point, I didn't catch that in the pic but it's not an issue as that entire portion will get cut out leaving a lip around the circumference to attach the new MeSo 7 switch panel. I'm figuring it would be much easier and a faster change to get the dirty work done and panel mounted and glued in, then do the teardown, exchange it, and slap it back together. If that's the only difference between '16 and '21, this can work.

I’m pretty sure the only difference is the middle switch plate. I would imagine all the clips are the same.
