Selling an unused 2.5 quick change supercharger pulley from smoothflow pulleys. Its the pulley only, no hub. Also selling a corresponding brand new shorter belt (5 rib 69.5” length). Pulley is great for someone wanting to drop a size or two who already has a quick change pulley setup. Pulley has a polished finish. I am selling because I had intentions of installing this but I am happy with how things are running on my 2.7 pulley and rousch tensioner setup.

    $65 plus shipping for both.

Gates fleetrunner K080702HD, its 70.2 ID but 8 rib. I carefully cut 3 ribs off with a razor blade, been running that for about a year with no issues. I also did the 50mm double bearing smooth pulley mod to the tensioner, works great

Yea theres not many options out there, so it’s the best belt for the 2.8/2.7 setup imho. Unfortunately in NY I have to pass inspection which means I have to keep the cats. Otherwise I would open up the exhaust and install this smaller pulley.

2.5 pulley and 69.5” belt still for sale guys...

were in the same boat here in CA. You can still open it up some. I may get the JFR Y and just deal with swapping it every couple years. Headers are prob not likely unless I do the JBA shorties with stock cats but not sure its worth the effort. I have a 2.5 sitting on the shelf but waiting on valve body and fuel pump before I try that out. Folks got me thinking of just a 2.7 now though.

Either way this is a steal for anyone looking to getting a 2.5 and a belt.

Yea unfortunately inspections are every year here. Probably could do a y pipe and they wouldnt care but dont feel like pushing my luck! Yea valve body makes a huge difference, nothing like crisp shifts! I did fuel pump before installing sc, playing it safe.

Aiiiiight. I think I'll take it. Had a few good runs this morning from a dig with a brand new Silverado. Had him for the 1/8 every time.. but then he'd pull on the back end. Got a "thing has some balls" from him at the end. Not bad for a 6k lb Taco. But.. now I need more... Should get another 1lb of boost or so.
