    Item is off my truck and in storage, although the pics don't reflect that.

    Selling my tuff stuff RTT! I've only used it three nights and the annex once, and just got this a month ago. Tent is immaculate, and I cleaned the annex up really well. The reason I'm selling is the tent isn't for me. With my 85lb dog, we can't get him in the tent, and he won't sleep in the cab without whining. That means annex every time, and I don't want to deal with that.

    New is $1,250+$70 anti condensation mat, so this is a good deal!

    Yeah, it's a thicker material. I believe PVC, and it unzips from the walls if you ever want to pressure wash it or anything.
