    Bought these last year, and then ended up removed them last month when I sold my truck to Carvana.
    These are made from TPO plastic over a metal frame.
    I bought these ones specifically because there's no chance of rust/corrosion showing like the metal ones. (The plastic cover is similar to the plastic used on the rear bumper step pad area.)

    These are like new (other than some Fluid Film on the bottom side).

    They sell for around $300+tax/shipping.

    Selling $150 OBO. Local pickup only; NE Ohio.
